The Ricketts Family Model

Chicago Cubs: the Cubs are one of the most iconic teams with the most iconic stadium in the country. The business of positioning and managing an MLB team are unlike many other businesses. What a great opportunity for the Cubs and the kids (and their families) across America to have an inside view of what goes on behind the scenes to keep the team, stadium and neighborhood competitive and appealing. There probably isn't a better entreprenerial training ground than this, and the exposure of the Cubs to this completely new channel will increase the club value significantly.

Opportunity Education: OE has a very innovative learning model for high school kids that attend a school. We'd like to take the principles of that model (quests and student driven learning) and apply them to the supplemental Heroic life-skills learning platform that is family-driven, game-based, AI and tokenized and is designed to teach millions of kids to be the smartest, healthiest, hardest-working and most character driven workers on the planet - with just 30 mins per day.

Hawkins Ranch: we have a model where we identify the top 4 learners at the end of the learning year in the 34 territories across the country, and reward them and their families with an all-expense paid trip to a unique location where they will experience something they've never seen before. A dude ranch like Hawkins would be a perfect place to send those 136 families.

Conservation Foundation: one of our life-skills that we teach is environmental literacy (conservation that works), just like the Cubs model, we could bring the activities of the foundation to kids and their families across the country, and exponentially increase the awareness and impact of the foundation as it is a learning and advocacy tool to millions of kids.

Ending Spending: America has a spending problem - this is lead by the politicians we have and their lack of financial discipline. The only thing they fear more than fiscal responsibility is being voted out of power. Through our Heroic Grassroots initiative, we are able to train and engage with millions of families and direct them to let their voices be heard around issues like runaway spending. This is the only way to fix this problem.

Center for Free Enterprise: using the same education and engagement mechanisms we would use for Ending Spending, the upcoming generation and their family will learn the value of free enterprise, practice it, and encourage their elected officials to create policy that supports it.

WW2 Museum: most of the upcoming generation doesn't know much about the world wars - why they happened and the sacrifices that were made to ensure that freedom, civility and prosperity won out at the end of the day. We would take the great stories and content that fill the museum, and bring those to the kids where they are - their digital world. We would gamify the experiences so the kids and their families could immerse themselvses in what happened, why and how it was solved. This is critical civics literacy that will help us a nation to understand the lessons of history so we don't repeat the same mistakes.

Heroic Farms: the upcoming generation needs to reconnect with the earth. This can start with farming and gardening - learning and practicing the law of the harvest - experiencing the value of working to grow your food. We have an at-home gardening program that is integrated into the game that engages the kids in these critical life lessons. We also have access to real farms that have opened up their business to the kids so they can learn how things work in agriculture.

Heroic Health: healthcare is broken - its costing the country almost $5 trillion every year and the quality of care isn't there for the people - mostly those who are in the "bottom 50%". This year as the subsidies run out, the people will be saddled with healthcare payments that are multiple times larger. Healthcare needs to whole new model - one that starts with people changing their behavior and focusing effort on taking care of their health and being more proactive throughout the whole process. Heroic Grassroots: Gov DeSantis proved this principle when he flipped 100k black democrat Moms to vote for him, a republican, for the first time in their lives - all because he promised he would take care of their kids. He won by 30k votes. He kept his promise, and they kept voting for him (next election he won by over 1 million votes).

A parents hope for their child will trump party affiliation almost every time. This community campaign of improving the health & wellness, and prosperity, delivers more taxpayers, job creators, less healthcare & social costs, and more votes. Heroic Ownership: ownership changes everything. Tokenization is changing how assets are owned and especially opening up that ownership to the "bottom 50%". We are creating a tokenized company in 34 geographic areas of around 10 million people. This company will end up being majority owned by the kids who we’re teaching (non-voting tokens). All of our kids that play the game and learn the critical life-skills of success, get a minimum number of tokens in this tokenized company. Those that excel get even more tokens.

Every student who logs into the game on daily basis and learns the life-skills, will become an owner of the company.
